Where Does That Leave Us?

Through digitally stretched audible recordings of day to day routines, Where Does That Leave Us? creates a space in which the participant is immersed in an audible soundscape of relative time from within one black hole to the other. Each black hole projects the same recording, however at differed speeds, allowing the participant to be within an audible sensation of time relativity. This work explores the way in which we can perceive relativity, a theory that enables us to discover and conceive concepts of our beginnings. Where Does That Leave Us? presents a theory in which the universe fluctuates between existence and non-existence, in a continually infinite and circular motion of time, time that which we may not quite understand due to our relative sensation of it.
